If you really want to ramp things up, you should probably think about how you can start leveraging your resources around. Tools, technology, people, see-saws (no, not really with the see-saws).
Don't think of leveraging things are “taking advantage of”. That's not what I mean at all. I mean using things to work for you so you don't have to work as hard.
Leverage technology and gadgets to get things done more efficiently. An example for this in my life is using tools to clone websites which I only need to make small changes to instead of building new ones from scratch. This saves me hours of time.
Leveraging social media sites to help you share your content and virally spread the work of your business to others who may have otherwise been beyond your reach.
Leverage people so they can do much of the work for you (leaving you to make more money). Take advantage of good the people around you. Build up a strong team of like-minded people who are all working towards one common goal, employees who are skilled in certain areas that you aren't or bring in contractros to get the job done for one-off projects.
Trying to do everything yourself is a sure way to fail. Does “Jack of all trades, master of none” sound familiar?
It all boils down to working smarter, not harder. There's nothing wrong with working hard to get your business up and running but the faster you are able to starte leveraging the skills of others and the resources that lay before you, the faster you will start kicking some serious booty.
So lace up your cleats and hop on that see-saw 😉
