Attraction Marketing

What would your business look like if you were able to attract more, leads, customers or teammates to you instead of having to prospect for them or cold call all the time? It would be pretty awesome wouldn't it?

If that idea is of interest to you, you might want to learn the concept of attraction marketing.

Attraction marketing is simply drawing people to you by placing “lead magnets” like videos, articles or blog posts in various places online. If your prospect likes what they see and they resonate with your marketing message, they are more likely to contact you because they see you or your company as someone that can help them.

The beautiful thing about attraction marketing is it completely shifts the dynamics of the sales process.

Having someone call you seeking more information or wanting to buy from you instead of having to do any convincing or selling puts you in the position of power.

I've done some follow up (which I always hated) but when I first started following up with the leads that I generated through attraction marketing, I was met with such a warm welcome. People were excited that I was calling them back. I was the “knowledgeable guy” they saw online. “I was hoping that you were going to call!”

I've had people call me out of the blue because they saw my website or videos online, or they had come or heard about a business presentation that I've put on. I'm automatically an expert or authority in their mind. It's my game to lost at that point. Closing them and making the sales is much, much easier with attraction marketing.

Over the next few posts I'm going to share some ways to put attraction marketing to work for you in our business so stay tuned.
