About Nat Green

It’s funny how the world brings things to fruition sometimes.I got my first start into the business world by total coincidence.I was big into snowboarding at skateboarding when I was growing up (I can thank for older brother Joel for that one) and one day while I was at a snowboard contest,I won a door prize, which was was a tune up at a local ski and snowboard rental shop. The owner Chris was looking for someone to sponsor, so we became friends and I rode for the store.Over time, we became very close, and one day I suggested that he start selling skateboards. He had no intention to do so, but suggested that I should do it and rent some of the back space in his store. It sounded like a good idea. I thought, why not? Well, flash forward a year and half later, and we had moved to a new, bigger store, but this time, I was renting out the back of the store to HIM!5 1/2 years later,I decided that I had had enough of retail world, but during that time, I organized many successful events which included contests, demos, concerts and 2 summer music festivals, both of which are still talked about today, some 10 years later.Without knowing it, I had build a bit of a legacy in my hometown and had a great time doing so along the way. Those years were some of the best of my life, but I know this next time round, things are going to be even better!

After closing down my business,I was involved in sales at the largest motorcycle dealership in British Columbia for 7 years.I was never the “typical” salesman that most people think of when they think of sales. I chose to take the “soft sell” approach by asking many questions and trying to find out which bike would truly work best for my customers.I believed that if they enjoyed their experience dealing with me, I would see them again when it was time for a newer, shinier second bike, or when their friend decided that they needed to be just as cool as them. It must have worked, because I have had MANY repeat customers over the years, sometimes 3 times in one season (man, some people sure are crazy about their motorbikes ; ). Since then, I have discovered Network Marketing and the teachings of Magnetic Sponsoring guru,Mike Dillard. His principals have enlightened me to no end and I now find myself on a quest to quench my thirst for more knowledge on a daily basis.I recently went back and re-read the book and I noticed a line that he had said “If you sleep tonight, you just didn’t get it.”…I laughed at that after reading it again, because I didn’t sleep a wink that first night.Every couple of hours I would go back to bed and try to fall asleep but my brain was working overtime. I knew at that moment that I was really on to something. If you ever happen to be reading this Mike…thanks man! I can’t stress enough how much of an impact that you have made on me!

Anyway, that is a bit about me in a nutshell. If you want to know more about me, just ask.Shoot me an email, leave me a comment, whatever. If you want to bounce ideas off of each other, that is cool too. This internet thing can sure be a cool and wonderful tool. Let’s connect!
